I started working with Lisa 6 months ago after a debilitating illness. I had been on supplemental oxygen for almost a year. I could barely walk one block. I was tired of having to use oxygen and concerned about my lack of muscle strength and balance.  We started off doing breath work and stretching. Lisa would do research on things to help me and each week I progressed. Today I am no longer using oxygen, I walked 2.7 miles with my dog this morning and will do the same tonight. I have gained muscle strength and am able to do yoga positions I couldn’t even imagine doing even 4 months ago. My balance has improved and my whole outlook has changed. I sleep better at night and I feel strong again. I can’t speak highly enough about what yoga and Lisa have done for me. I wish I had taken video to show how far I have come. I saw my pulmonary Dr last week and she was so impressed. She said that 14 months ago she never would have believed that I would come this far.  Lisa continues to help me improve every week and I couldn’t have gotten here without her.
